It starts with a 4 minute intake survey. We’ll tailor your workout program based on your current bone health diagnosis, mobility and prior experience.

Provide feedback after every workout so the program continually adapts to you. Over time, the goal is to increase to more challenging movements, more reps, and increased weight.
